Networking works - business woman wins in international market place.

Mel Armstrong MD of Cardinal Talent the West Yorkshire based recruitment consultancy is a strong supporter of networking for business development. With a long track record of recruiting in the manufacturing sector, strategy for 2006 is to branch out into other sectors. Through a referral she took on the challenge of recruiting for a US media giant who had purchased a UK company and urgently needed an Operations Director to improve performance.
